Authors' Coffee

We offer to speakers and session chairs to meet for Autho's Coffee prior to the Plenary Sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 7:45 and 8:30 h.

Apart from setting up their presentations, speakers will meet their Session Chair, possibly their Symposium Organiser and the other speakers of the session. An assistant may be approached for information and help. In particular, the assistants will help storing the presentation charts on the laptop that will later be used for presentation.
